House is only one and a half years old and is located in the small village of Perthville 7km south of Bathurst (less than a 10 minute drive to Mount Panorama). Perthville has a convenience store, petrol station and pub (which serves meals).

House includes:

• 4 Bedrooms (2 x queen, 1 x double, 1 x single and a sofa bed)
• 2 Bathrooms and toilets (with continuous hot water)
• BBQ with mains gas supply
• 2 large fridges
• Huge undercover deck on back of house
• Broadband Internet access

Prices:
$550 per night for up to 8 people ($65 cheaper than going through Bathurst Council)
$70pp per night for extras (10 people total maximum)

The house is available from Tuesday 5 October until Monday morning 11 October. We would prefer a group that is booking for a minimum of 4 nights.
